Monday fun

Hello kia ora welcome to anther blog this blog will be about wheels day it was on the Monday 11 of December.On the day we had to bring our wheels and our togs because we did slip and slide and we went into the pool the pool was nice and cold and the water slide was cool and it was fun coming down but the worst part of the water slide was when we went on the grass and we were skimming  the grass and going across the grass, it was hurting but it was fun.When it was our turn to go on our wheels there were bikes,scooters rip sticks it was fun riding the wheels but it was boring at the same time so I put my bike back and I went to the flied and played touch. After school ended everyone went home and some stayed at school and played on there  wheels and I was tired and sleepy so I went home and slept.Thank you for looking at my blog post hope you guys enjoyed it. Athletics Zones

Malo lelei bloggers welcome to anther blog this time I will be talking about Athletics Zones.Athletics Zones was on the Tuesday  the 30th we had zones at three kings and there were heaps of people at the zones. We had to practise for  Athletics Zones our else we will lose our not win so we had to keep practising.There were different actives in Athletics.There were high jump,800 meters,long jump,shout pot,and relays.It was a fun time  at Athletics Zones I had lots of fun but it was hard at the same time.My Favorite part was when my mum came and gave us ice-blocks  Hope you guys enjoyed my blog and blog you later.

Thinking hats

Malo lelei welcome to another blog.This time I will be going to be blogging my thinking hats and it will be about gala day  and what happend on the day,it was on the 25th of November.We were doing it on thinking hats there was white hat,red hat,blue hat,black hat yellow hat and green hat.We had to write good things that happend at the gala and the bad things that happend there and the positive things that happend. It was fun doing the thinking hats but at the same time it was hard to think and what to wright about.Thanks for looking at my slide show.

GALA DAY

Hello Kia ora,In the past few terms we have been making soap and posters for our gala day so we could rais money for the junior play ground.  So It has been hard work making the soap and trying to get the ingredients for our soap and getting the moulds.I learnt that you have to be patina when you make soap  and it takes a while to mold. The gala day will be on the 25th of November on Saturday next week.We had to find how much we use each time and how many minutes to put the she butter in the microwave. The  fun part was making the soap and putting the ingredients and adding the smell. AT the gala will be food, games,  bonce castle, culture groups, soap,tote bags,recyclable paper.The good thing was we got to make soap in groups. It changed my thinking by if I could make my own soap at home and if I could sell it.My reflection was I hated to clean the boil out because it had sehrbutter in it. The money will go to the school for a new play ground and for next year for new stuff. The challenging part was making the soap and getting the ingredient.        

Malolei Bloggers, In class we have been making posters for  our gala day on Saturday the 25th of November at mt roskill waikowhai   primary school. It was hard to join ideas together and information. We had to come up with ideas how we could make people come to our gala  and what they will buy. At our gala there will be food, games, tote bags,soap,candles. 

How to make soap 

To make cold process soap, you heat the oils in your-soap pot until they're approximately 100 degrees. Slowly add the lye-water mixture and blend the soap until it thickens to “trace”. After the mixture reaches trace, you add your fragrance, colour, and additives and pour it into the mold.

My journey

This Term we had a maths subject it was we had to travel all the way from Auckland to Cape Regina. We had a budget which was 500$ we could use on the trip. First we had to read the instructions so we could understand what we had to do over the trip. We could only use our money for what we want our what we need.We had actives we had a budget that we could do it had to be over 400$ and under 100$.

It was hard doing the fuel part because it took some time to do we had to fine the cyclometers and we had to use the correlate to see how much it would be to fuel up.

The amazing crazy scenic show

Today we had a crazy science show people come to our school. 

My favourite part was when they did the fire work it was cool  and at the same time it was dangerous. To make fire you need fuel, heat and oxygen. Did you know that Bubbles are the thinnest object in the whole world  that can seen by the human eye. I also found out that inside a nappy is a powder chemical called polymer which turns liquid in to solid. I like how he put metal big rings together and it got stuck together when the rings of metal did not break. I wonder how he put the metal rings together and it got stuck and made me think more about science.

Taekwondo 

On Thursday we had Taekwondo. We  had to do warm ups so we could do the punching competition. For warm ups we did relays in lines. So once we were warmed up we had  the punching competition. So first we had to punch  the pad so we could see how far we could punch it and  see how far the pad would  land. The first  competition was won by Max. Then the second winner was Kieren. I enjoyed the competition and it was fun.

In class we had cyber smart with Gerard.We had to pick a class blog on Ako Hiko so we could write about what they have been doing in class. My Class blog was about Wesley intermediate and they did there blog on sea turtle's.  We learnt  to do Positive Thoughtful Helpful and also Questioning on peoples blog.I found it hard because was difficult for me and it was hard to think of  Question's.

Maths tasks

Hi there we had to take a photo of our tent.We made it with clay and tooth picks and cardboard. It was hard because the toothpicks kept on coming down and it was not sticky. The shapes in my tent were triangle and a rectangle. I found out that if you only use a little bit of clay your toothpick will fall out your clay.

 First we had to get clay from the teacher and toothpicks and a cardboard.It was fun because it was my first time making a tent out of clay and toothpicks and a piece of cardboard. 

I enjoyed the task of making a tent out of different materials.

Tongan History

In class we all had to pick something about us and what we all like and I my picked my Tongan history.Lots of kids picked something else like rugby netball and other stuff.   

5 Times Tables

In class I have been learning my five times tables.The others did 2 times 3 times and 4 times and 5 times table.it was fun doing my 5 times table in my class room.I like doing my five times tables  

Cyber smart

Today we had cyber smart session.We Jerad for the first time. He set us a task to view another persons blog and see who we thought would be viewing this blog. Here is a drawing of how I thought would be viewing my and others blogs. Blog you later feel free to comment.     

Going to DILWORTH

Hi my name is Tipiloma and this is my first blog post, i am very excited. I am writing about me going to Dilworth hopefully next year.  In room 7 we are doing creative writing in our class room but we are doing a story  starter it is when you come up with a storey that has the first few words done for you. Then you have to finish it or take it to a place where others can finish off your story for you. Here is my story starter please feel free to leave me a comment.
